Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, I grew up going to the beach! I now have a satellite office in Port Aransas, Texas and offer destination weddings there. The packages I have created are custom, one-of-kind events that will create a memorable and long lasting impression on you and your guests. I go over and beyond to ensure every detail has been thought of and included. I have 3 packages available based on your need, size of wedding and budget. I can modify them to suit your needs.

Beach Elegance Package
This package is for 30 guests. This package is for the couple that is wanting to pick their own vendors and do not need as much direction with the planning and execution. I can not modify this package to only include the ceremony and/or reception as well as fewer guests. If less than 30 guests come it will be the same price. If more guests come that weren’t accounted for you will be responsible for the additional fee before the ceremony begins. Royalty Events Planning will still be there to help plan the wedding from start to finish.
Ceremony
With the Beach Elegance Package you will receive the following items, in natural seashell colors and an accent color of your choice. You can add accents in your bouquet, arch ribbons, confetti and signage. The natural colors of the beach, seashells and white/cream are absolutely beautiful too.
•Officiant for your personalized vows.
•Bamboo arch with seashell garlands and white organza draping. The ties can be personalized to your color scheme or cream is standard.
•Aisle decor of seashells or raffia and starfish accents.
•up to 30 white beach resin/wood white or brown folding chairs.
•Sandy toes station for guests shoes and brushes for their toes.
•Personalized sign to announce your wedding location and time.
•Wedding coordinator for ceremony (will ensure ceremony is set up & help with processional and recessional)
•Set up (will rake the beach) and clean up
•Music box (Bluetooth)
•Beach permit
•I’m available anytime during the planning through email or phone.
Reception
•I will assist with picking out the reception location
•I will assist in setting up your items for the reception decor
•I can coordinate all the vendor bookings for florist, DJ, photographer, videographer, hotel blocked rooms, caterer & event rental company (i.e. pricing, contracts, arrivals, set up times)
•I will create a timeline of the wedding day (for the client and vendors)
Please note that the coordinator will leave once the reception is set up and the client will be responsible for clean up of their items. If renting items from rental company they will arrive at end of event to pick up their items. If you would like the coordinator there during the entire reception for the event management, there will be an additional fee of $100 per hour.

Royalty Beach Wedding Package
With the Royalty Beach Wedding Package you can expect an exquisite event where everything has been taken care of for you for up to 50 guests. If you don’t have 50 guests or you don’t need specific vendors I can modify the package to fit your needs. I can also add guests to it as well. I will work with your needs! You will use the vendors I recommend. You will receive everything listed above in the other 2 packages with these modifications and changes:
Ceremony
•Up to 50 clear ghost chairs or gold, silver or mahogany chiavari chairs
•Parasols for your guests (25 total) in a container
•Water station (includes 3 water dispensers filled with water and your choice of fruit, cups, straws and a table to put it on.
•Sign in table
•Sand ceremony with small table to place on
•Up to 3 bridesmaid bouquets and 3 groomsmen boutonnieres
Reception
•Beautiful floral arrangements for 7 tables (valued up to $700)
•Additional table decor (i.e. napkin rings, personalized straws, mercury, lanterns, shells, etc.)
•Upgraded cake that serves 50
•Uplights for your reception (up to 8 lights)
•Sandcastle sculpture up to a $140 value (can replace this with a floral arrangement or other rental item)
•Photography for up to 3 hours
•DJ – 4 hours
•Royalty Events Planning coordinates entire event from start to finish
•Up to 25 Invitations through Royalty Events Planning valued up to $125.
•20% off printed items (i.e. napkins, coasters, favor boxes, stickers, tags) through Royalty Events Planning
•4 of Royalty Events Planning rental items for free (i.e. cake stand, easels, mirrors, chalkboards, baskets, apothecary jars, etc.)
•Catering for 50 up to $30/person (will create an entree of your liking)
Beach Gold Package
This package is an upscale wedding design which includes more vendors within the package. I am able to modify the package as needed per your request. With the Beach Royalty Package you will receive everything listed in the Beach Elegance Package plus the following upgrades:
Ceremony
•Beautiful bouquet in white, cream, seeded eucalyptus leaves and satin ribbon (valued up to $100). You can add accent flowers to this also, at no cost and a coordinating boutonniere for groom.
•2 beautiful floral arrangements using your color palette for the bamboo arch (will take the place of the seashell garland)
•Lanterns, pew markers OR shepherds hook with flowers (valued up to $120) & mason jar aisle decor
•Bio-degradable confetti in envelopes for guests
•up to 40 white beach resin/wood white or brown folding chairs (an additional 10 from the Elegance package).
•Photographer for up to 2 hours (ceremony location only, will receive cd with all unedited photos)
Reception
•Table decor consisting of vases or mason jars/sand/shells/starfish/candles – 5 centerpieces and 30 candles with votives
•Flower accents (valued up to $200)
•Linens and Table runners (your color or burlap)
•Silver chargers, menu cards, place card starfish (with guest’s names)
•2 tiered wedding cake (saving the top tier) or cupcakes (that serves up to 40 guests)
•18% off invitations and any other printed item (i.e. save the dates, menu cards, programs, fans, coasters, napkins, stickers, etc.) through Royalty Events Planning
