Gold Full Service

This package is for the bride that would like most of the coordination to occur through Royalty Events Planning from start to finish. I will create a package specifically to your needs and base the price on that. You will receive up to 4 of my rental items for free. Here is a sample of some of services I offer:

Initial Consultation: I will meet with the couple and discuss the specifics about the wedding. We will also plan any future meetings to discuss the budget, theme, or any other specifics.

Assist in the selection of wedding venue/date/time/style/theme

Available to speak to the couple anytime during the planning period

Prepare wedding budget estimates

Recommend vendors, set appointments, negotiate contracts, attend appointments

Assist with ordering invitations & party favors

Provide room diagrams and table seating arrangements

Call hotels and negotiate special rates for out of town guests

Assist in organizing and planning rehearsal dinner and other parties (i.e. bridal showers/bachelorette)

Assist in finding transportation for wedding party and/or out of town guests

Can attend the bridal party appointment in choosing their attire.

Queen’s Month Of

This package is designed for couples that are planning the entire wedding by themselves and want some help managing the logistics of their rehearsal and wedding day. This is for the couple that needs help finishing up on last minutes vendor issues/diy projects/errands. The following services are what I can provide. We will sit down and come up with a package specific to your needs. You can receive up to 3 of my rental items for free.

Final Planning Meeting: One month prior to the wedding we will meet to discuss any items that need still need to be coordinated. We will review vendor contracts, discuss the timeline for the wedding day, determine any outstanding vendors or issues, plan the order of your wedding ceremony procession, and finalize setup instructions for me. I will also go to the venue location and meet with any necessary vendors at that time. I will be available by phone/email at any time to discuss your wedding. I will assist the bride in any vendor issues, projects, party favors, crafts, errands, etc. for up to 6 hours.

Wedding Day Timeline & Wedding Party Lists: I will provide a detailed timeline of the day’s events and will make sure the pertinent vendors/people receive it. I will work with the bride starting 2 weeks prior to the wedding in coordinating all the specifics. I will also create a wedding party order list for both the ceremony and the announcing at the reception. I can also provide a diagram of the reception table seating upon request.

Vendor Verification prior to wedding: I will help take some of your stress away by calling each and every vendor to verify that everything is in place for your wedding day, they know where and when to set up, make sure they don’t have any additional questions & to discuss final billing (if you request). I will provide the timeline for the vendors that need it (i.e. caterer, venue, photographer, DJ).

Rehearsal Assistance: I can assist in how to line up your wedding party and what to do during the ceremony (i.e. when to walk where to stand, how to leave). I can also direct ushers and cue music for your processional and recessional.

Ceremony Set-up: I’ll arrive at your ceremony site as early as possible to display programs, set up a unity candle or other ceremony items, arrange pew decoration, and give your ushers a last-minute reminder of how to seat guests. I will pass out the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres (and pin on) and make sure the flower girl and ring bearer have the items they need.

Reception Set-up: I will direct vendors where to set up and I can assist in decorating your reception site too! This may include placing favors at each setting, putting out table numbers, setting out place cards, displaying a guest book, decorating tables, or an assortment of many other different things! Keep in mind that there will be an additional charge for extensive projects.

Event Management: My role on your wedding day is to prevent & fix any problems that may arise during your event. I will help you follow the timeline so everything runs smoothly. This includes alerting your parents when it’s time for their special dances, steering you to the cake when it’s time to cut, and reminding the catering staff to pour champagne just before the toasts. I’ll keep things in order and moving so you don’t have to!

Packing Up/Presents: At the end of the evening, I will ensure that all your gifts and cards make it into the appropriate car. I will also pack up extra favors, candles, programs, table numbers, and other personal belongings to send home.

Wedding Day Emergency Kit: If a small emergency arises don’t panic, I bring a pre-made “emergency kit” which includes items you and your wedding party might need on your wedding day. It includes items such as hairspray, hair pins, glue, tape, safety pins, a sewing kit, scissors, deodorant, Band-Aids, snacks, and many other things you may need on the wedding day.

Princess Day Of

I can assist in both of these services or just with the ceremony or the reception. This option is for the couple that has done all the planning themselves and just needs a coordinator for the day of the wedding. This doesn’t mean I will just show up on that day. I will actually begin my preparation the month prior! You will receive 2 of my rental items for free.

Ceremony Assistance: Assistance on the day of the rehearsal and wedding ceremony

Rehearsal Assistance: I will attend the rehearsal prior to the wedding day. I can assist in how to line up your wedding party and what to do during the ceremony. I can also direct ushers and cue music for your processional and recessional. If you do not need my assistance for this I will deduct that from the total.

Ceremony Set-up: I will assist in all aspects of the ceremony coordination. I will meet with you one month prior to the ceremony to discuss the specifics. I’ll arrive at your ceremony site as early as possible to help with the set up, decorations and offer any advice to ushers and other bridal party persons. Please keep in mind that some churches have their own ceremony coordinator and I will not be allowed to help with some aspects of the ceremony. I will pass out bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres (and pin them). I will also make sure the flower girl and ring bearer have their items.

 Reception Assistance: Assistance on the day of the wedding reception

Reception Planning Meeting: One month prior to the wedding I will meet with the client to discuss the specifics of the wedding reception. I will also tour the venue with the couple and discuss all the logistics of the wedding day. I will draw a layout and take pictures of the venue as well.

Vendors: Starting 2 weeks prior to the wedding I will begin to call all vendors and introduce myself to them. I will make sure they know where to set up and at what time. I will make sure that they know I will be the point of contact the day of the wedding so you don’t have to worry about any issues that may arise. I will also make sure I get the contact person and cell phone from each vendor so I can contact them if need be.

I’ll keep things in order and moving so you don’t have to! I will be there from start to finish making sure all the vendors have cleaned up and removed all their belongings. My job is to make sure you receive your deposit back after we have left the venue.

A La Carte

Here is a list of additional services I can also do at an additional charge. Prices will be based on an hourly rate of $45.

Assist in planning and organizing parties (engagement, bridal, bachelorette, etc.)

Printing special items, i.e. water station signs, signature drink signs, sign in sign, candy bar labels, etc. I can design and create these items and email you a proof before printing.
